These terms govern access to and participation in the Wheel of Generosity game offered by the JOHNSON Foundation. By using this platform, you fully and unreservedly accept all the provisions set out below.
Participation is open to any adult natural person, regardless of nationality, gender, or social status. Members of the JOHNSON Foundation staff and their immediate relatives (spouses, children, brothers, and sisters) are not permitted to participate, in order to guarantee the complete impartiality of the draw.
Each user may play only once per day. Any attempt at multiple or fraudulent participation will result in immediate disqualification.
The Wheel of Generosity is a game of chance designed to allocate donations on a random basis. The prizes offered are listed on the wheel and may include, but are not limited to: project financing, vehicles, housing, household appliances, scholarships, medical care, computers, food assistance, and more.
The outcome is determined exclusively by the random stopping of the virtual wheel. No human intervention can influence the draw. The JOHNSON Foundation reserves the right to modify the list of prizes at any time without prior notice.
After winning a prize, the participant must fill in the claim form with accurate and verifiable information: last name, first name(s), nationality, phone number, email address, profession (optional), city, and full address.
The Foundation reserves the right to verify the winner's identity and to request supporting documents. In the event of a false declaration or if the winner cannot be contacted within 15 days, the prize will be put back into play.
Prizes are handed over in kind, subject to availability. The JOHNSON Foundation undertakes to contact the winner within 48 business hours following the validation of their file. The arrangements for handover (location, transport, formalities) will be defined on a case-by-case basis.
Prizes are neither transferable, nor exchangeable, nor convertible into cash, unless expressly stated otherwise by the Foundation.
The JOHNSON Foundation makes every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the platform but cannot be held liable for any interruption of service caused by technical problems beyond its control. Likewise, it cannot be held liable for any indirect damage related to participation in the game.
The information collected is strictly necessary for managing participation and handing over the prizes. It is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The JOHNSON Foundation reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Participants will be informed through a visible notice on the game page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the law in force in the country where the JOHNSON Foundation is established. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts.
